Please keep in mind that many of our products are made-to-order items with associated lead times. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions.

RETURN POLICY

New Craftsman Industries will not accept returns on any products that are not defective or damaged from shipment after 5 calendar days of delivery. We will not accept the return of any item that has been installed or used in any way. New Craftsman Industries must receive any request for return of merchandise not damaged or defective within 5 calendar days of delivery. NCI will issue a Return Goods Authorization to the purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for securely packaging and shipping product/s in the original container freight prepaid with appropriate insurance. Purchaser will be refunded the purchase price of said product/s less a 35% restocking fee and any original shipping and handling fees.

New Craftsman Industries will authorize a return of product/s if they are damaged from shipment or defective within 5 calendar days of delivery of product. We will not accept the return of any item that has been installed or used in any way. The retailer is responsible for contacting NCI and obtaining a Returned Goods Authorization. Retain all packing materials. Digital pictures of the damaged packaging and product should be provided documenting any damage. The purchaser is responsible for securely packing and insuring all precuts authorized for return. Return Authorized product/s will be inspected upon arrival at NCI Replacement product will be shipped either from stock or upon availability.
