Design

All work is computer designed and engineered in CAD, then laser, water-jet cut or punched from raw sheets of material.  This allows us to create products that are intricate, elaborate and above all precise.

Materials

Our work is metals based, primarily steel, but we do offer other materials such as brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel and aluminum.

Fabrication

There are many components that go into our products as well as a variety of fabrication methods to create a finished product.  Forming of parts on our 100-ton press brake, shearing, vertical mill machining, drilling, tapping and countersinking of holes, roll-forming, straightening, stud insertion, welding and assembly of component parts.

Finishing

All parts need to be deburred to some extent utilizing a variety of grinders.  Most products will be finish ground with Scotch-Brite pads to even out the deburred areas and to provide "tooth" for the final color coating.

Final Coating

We utilize high-temperature powder or liquid paint for our fire screens and powder-coat most of our other products.  Custom finishes and treatments are available.
