Fire Bowl Materials & Construction
Our line of fire bowl rings is designed with great care. NCI fire bowl enclosures are manufactured from precisely drawn CAD designs based upon our clients' needs or on one of our designs. The panels are first cut as four panels from USA steel using our computer-driven laser, capable of reproducing intricate detail. Each laser cut panel is then rolled to produce the curve and has an lip formed on one end allowing the panels to overlap in a clean joint, a design not found in other outdoor fire bowl rings. U.S. 1/8” steel ensures strength and durability and resists damage from impacts and temperature cycles better than fire bowls made from steel or other lighter materials. The four panel configuration allows NCI fire rings to be easily bolted together to occupy less of your precious cargo space as you transport your fire bowl to and from your campsites or store it in the off-season.
