Fire Pit Ring Materials & Construction
Our line of fire pit rings is designed with great care. Our fire pit enclosures are manufactured from precisely drawn CAD designs based upon our clients' needs or one of our existing designs. They are first cut in four panels from USA made steel on our laser, capable of reproducing the exact detail of the digital drawing to within thousandths of an inch. Each laser cut panel is then rolled to create the curve and has an offset formed into one end allowing the panels to overlay as a nearly flush joint, a design feature not found in other outdoor fire pit rings. American 1/8” steel ensures strength and durability, resisting impact damage and temperature cycles better than fire pits made of inferior materials. The four-panel design of our fire pit rings allows them to be easily bolted together so that they occupy very little space as you transport them to and from your campsites or from the garage to the backyard.
