Fire Ring Construction
Our line of outdoor fire rings is designed with care. Each NCI fire ring starts its life as an intricately drawn CAD layout based upon outdoor elements or an organization’s design themes. It is then cut in four panels from domestic steel on our laser, which reproduces the intricate detail of the CAD drawing to within thousandths of an inch. Each laser cut steel panel is then rolled, and an offset is formed into one end allowing each panel to overlay the next creating a nearly seamless joint, a design element that you won’t find in any other outdoor fire ring. We utilize only 1/8” USA made steel for its quality and durability. Heavy steel resists impact damage, heat cycles and weather much better than rings made of thinner materials. Because we have designed our outdoor fire rings as four individual panels that easily bolt together you can take them to and from your campsites or wherever you wish.
