Outdoor Fireplace Ring Construction
Our line of outdoor fireplace rings have been designed with great care. Each NCI fireplace ring begins with an detailed CAD design based on our clients' theme or one of our own creations. It is then laser cut in four panels from domestic steel. Laser-cutting reproduces the intricate detail of the CAD drawing to within very minute tolerances. Each steel panel is then rolled, and an offset is formed into one end allowing each panel to mate with the next in a nearly seamless joint, a feature that you won’t find in any other outdoor fireplace ring. We utilize only 1/8” USA made steel for its quality and durability. This heavy gauge steel resists impact damage and weather much better than inferior materials. Because we have designed our outdoor fireplace rings as modular panels that bolt together you can easily transport them from the garage to the yard, to a picnic or to your campsite.
